Optimized structural design: Utilizing 3D modeling and finite element method for design, key components such as the bed and spindle box undergo aging treatment and high-precision processing, significantly enhancing rigidity and enabling strong cutting. For instance, the bed guide rail width reaches 390mm, treated with ultrasonic frequency quenching and plastic coating, with a hardness greater than HB400, and its wear resistance is over 7 times higher than that of traditional cast iron guide rails.
Low vibration and thermal deformation: The spindle box adopts heat dissipation design and shock absorption mechanism, with a low spindle temperature rise (≤30℃), and the overall machine noise ≤75dB. During processing, vibration is extremely minimal, ensuring the stability of high-precision machining.
Widely applicable processing range:
Supports turning of internal and external cylindrical surfaces, end faces, conical surfaces, as well as various threads (metric, imperial, modulus, pitch).
The saddle structure (with a rotating diameter of φ870mm) enables the processing of large flat or irregular workpieces, such as flanges and gear blanks.
Standardly equipped with a four-position tool holder, with a tool size of 25×25mm, it can accommodate various tools to achieve compound processing.
