Machining Capabilities

• Turning Operations: Capable of performing internal and external turning, taper turning, end facing, and other turning operations on rotary parts.
• Threading: Can machine inch, metric, module, and diametric pitch threads. Specifically, it can produce 48 kinds of metric threads (range: 0.5-224mm), 46 kinds of inch threads (range: 72-1/8 t.p.i), 42 kinds of module threads (range: 0.5-112πmm), and 45 kinds of diametric pitch threads (range: 1/4-56 DP).
• Other Operations: Supports drilling, boring, and groove broaching operations, providing versatility for different machining requirements.

• Structural Features

  • Spindle Structure: The spindle has a through-hole design with a diameter of 52mm, which can accommodate larger-diameter bar stocks, facilitating the processing of long-axis workpieces. The spindle nose follows the ISO 702/Ⅲ No.6 standard, and the spindle bore taper is MT6, providing good rigidity and accuracy.
  • Bed and Slide: The bed is made of high-quality cast iron, which has good shock absorption and wear resistance. The slide system includes an upper toolpost with a maximum travel of 145mm and a lower toolpost with a maximum travel of 320mm, allowing for flexible machining of workpieces of different sizes.
  • Tailstock: The tailstock is equipped with a 75mm-diameter quill that has a maximum travel of 150mm and a Morse No.5 taper, which is suitable for supporting the tail end of long workpieces and installing drilling, reaming, and other tools.
