The bed and headstock are made of high-quality HT250 cast iron with artificial aging treatment, which effectively eliminates internal stress, reduces deformation, and ensures stable operation during long-term processing. With an overall dimension of approximately 1900×950×1100mm and a net weight of around 1200kg, it has a small footprint and is easy to install, suitable for workshop spaces with limited area.
High Processing Precision & Excellent Surface Finish
The spindle adopts high-precision rolling bearings and undergoes strict dynamic balance testing, with a rotational accuracy of ≤0.01mm, ensuring minimal workpiece runout during turning. The feed system uses precision ball screws and quenched guide rails, realizing smooth and accurate feed movement. It can achieve a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 1.6μm, meeting the precision requirements of most small parts processing.
Flexible Speed Regulation & Wide Processing Range
Equipped with a 3kW main motor, the spindle speed is step-less adjustable through frequency conversion, covering a range of 20-2000r/min, which can adapt to rough turning and finish turning of different materials. The maximum turning diameter is 360mm, and the maximum processing length is 750mm, capable of handling shafts, discs, sleeves, and other small-to-medium-sized workpieces.
