Baoji CS6140 is a classic ordinary horizontal lathe. Its core application is the processing of rotating body parts such as shafts and sleeve parts. It is suitable for small and medium batch production and mechanical processing scenarios.
Core application scope
Shaft part processing: It can turn external round surfaces, end faces, steps, conical surfaces, and can also perform chamfering, slotting, and embossing processes. It is suitable for shaft parts with a diameter of ≤ 400mm and a length of ≤ 750/1000mm (such as transmission shafts, bolts, and optical shafts).
Sleeve part processing: It can turn inner holes, external round surfaces, and end faces, as well as drill holes, ream holes, and tap holes. It is suitable for the processing of flanges, gear blanks, and sleeves, with the maximum processing hole diameter usually ≤ 52mm.
Thread processing: It supports the turning of various standard threads such as metric, imperial, modulus, and pitch, meeting the requirements for processing common connecting parts’ threads.
