Main shaft diameter: Basic type φ52mm (suitable for conventional shaft processing), standard type φ82mm (compatible with large billets), enlarged type φ105mm (for special shafts or deep hole processing).
Processing length: Various specifications are available, including 750mm, 1000mm, 1500mm, 2000mm, etc. The maximum turning length can reach 3000mm.
Special configurations: Optional saddle structure (saddle inner turning diameter φ630mm) for processing flat or irregular parts; or equipped with a digital display device (resolution 0.01mm) to enhance processing accuracy control.
Main shaft structure: The main shaft adopts a three-support design (the front and middle supports are tapered roller bearings, and the rear support is a ball bearing), which is more rigid than the traditional double-support structure. The diameter of the main shaft through hole varies according to the model, being φ52mm (basic type), φ82mm (standard type), and φ105mm (increased hole type). It can directly pass through large-diameter bar materials, reducing the cutting process. The front end of the main shaft adopts an ISO 702/II No.8 short cam locking type flange, with high centering accuracy (≤0.005mm), facilitating quick replacement of chucks or fixtures.
Gear transmission system: The gears in the main shaft box are made of 20CrMnTi material. They undergo carburizing and quenching (teeth’ hardness HRC 58-62) and grinding processing, achieving a precision level of GB/T 10095.1-2008 grade 6. The main shaft speed is achieved through a sliding gear set for 24 levels of mechanical speed change, ranging from 9 to 1600 r/min, suitable for different materials and cutting process requirements. Some improved models (such as CS6150B) introduce electromagnetic clutches to control forward and reverse rotation, simplifying the operation process and improving the reversing efficiency.
