The Baoji CK6150B CNC lathe is a general-purpose machine with a hardened rail and flat bed structure. Its core applications are batch or single-piece semi-finishing/finishing of shafts and disc-shaped parts. It is suitable for various sub-sectors of mechanical manufacturing, specifically:

I. Core Application Areas

General Mechanical Manufacturing: Machining shafts such as motor shafts, drive shafts, and gear shafts, as well as disc-shaped parts such as flanges, pulleys, and end covers.

Suitable for batch production of machine tool accessories and general mechanical components, consistently ensuring dimensional accuracy and surface roughness of parts.

Automotive and Parts Industry: Machining key components such as automotive half-shafts, steering knuckles, wheel hubs, and small crankshafts; also capable of processing gearbox gear blanks, drive shaft spline shafts, etc.

The configuration of precision ball screws and servo systems can meet the high-precision requirements of mold parts (dimensional tolerances up to IT6-IT7).

Compatible Machining Materials and Processes: Compatible materials: Primarily low- and medium-carbon steel and cast iron, but also capable of machining non-ferrous metals such as stainless steel, copper, and aluminum, as well as some high-strength alloys (requires appropriate cutting tools). Core processes: External turning, face turning, step turning, threading (metric/imperial/trapezoidal threads), chamfering, boring, grooving, parting, etc., supporting continuous turning and intermittent cutting.

III. Application Advantages and Suitable Scenarios: The rigid rail structure provides high rigidity, suitable for heavy cutting and machining of large-diameter parts, and is more impact-resistant than linear guide machine tools.

The flat bed design reduces deformation caused by workpiece weight, making it suitable for machining long shaft parts (maximum machining length up to 2000mm).
