Rotational body part processing: It can be used for turning various rotational surfaces such as inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, and end faces, including the processing of shafts, sleeves, and disc-like parts. For example, it can be used to process the outer cylindrical surface of an electric motor shaft, the inner hole and end face of a gear blank, etc.
Thread processing: It can turn various types of threads such as metric, imperial, module, and pitch threads, and is suitable for the processing of various threaded components, such as bolts and nuts.
Special processing: It can also perform drilling, reaming, oil groove cutting, keyway cutting and other processing operations to meet the diverse processing needs of different parts.
