Structural characteristics
Large through-hole spindle: The through-hole diameter of the spindle is φ82mm, which can directly pass through large-diameter bar stock (such as φ80mm), and is suitable for the threading processing of long shaft parts.
Three-point support structure: The main shaft adopts three-point supports at the front, middle and rear, combined with high-precision rolling bearings and gear transmission systems. It features strong rigidity, low noise, and a maximum output torque of up to 1100N · m (data for some models), capable of withstanding heavy cutting loads.
Wide speed regulation range: The spindle speed is adjustable in 24 steps, ranging from 9 to 1600r/min (or 26 to 2000r/min, depending on the model), which can meet the requirements of different materials and processing techniques.
Maximum rotational diameter: φ500mm on the bed and φ300mm on the tool rest. It can process the outer circle, end face, taper, etc. of disc-shaped and shaft-shaped parts.
Thread processing range: Supports various thread types such as metric (0.55-224mm), imperial (72-1/8TPI), module (0.5-112mm), and diameter pitch (56-1/4DP), with a total of 48 to 46 specifications.
Multi-functional and widely applicable
It can perform various processing operations such as turning, drilling, reaming, tapping and knurling, meeting the demands of multiple fields including mechanical manufacturing, mold processing and maintenance workshops.
