This lathe is capable of handling large workpieces with ease. It boasts a maximum swing diameter of 1000mm on the bed and 700mm on the slide, and supports a maximum cutting length of 2850mm, which is perfectly suited for processing long shafts, large – diameter discs and other large – size components. Equipped with a spindle with a bore diameter of 104mm and a speed range of 17 – 1000 r/min, the lathe is matched with a 15kW servo main motor. This powerful combination ensures sufficient torque during high – speed cutting and stable operation during heavy – duty cutting, effectively improving machining efficiency and surface quality of workpieces. The standard chuck diameter is 500mm, and customers can also choose 315mm, 400mm, 800mm three – jaw/ four – jaw manual chucks or 12″/9″ hydraulic chucks according to their processing needs.
Superior Machining Precision
The machine adopts a flat integrated bed cast by sand mold technology. The guide rail surface is wide up to 700mm, and after medium – frequency quenching, its hardness can reach over HRC52. In addition, the sliding guide rail surfaces of the saddle and slide plate are treated with plastic coating. These designs not only enhance the overall rigidity of the machine tool, but also reduce the low – speed crawling phenomenon due to the close dynamic and static friction coefficients, ensuring the stability of machining accuracy. The X/Z – axis rapid traverse speed reaches 6m/min and 10m/min respectively. The Z – axis ball screw adopts pre – tensioning and pre – loading to compensate for the elongation caused by temperature rise, while the X – axis ball screw uses a fixed – and – supported structure to allow free extension. Both designs greatly guarantee the positioning accuracy of the feed system. The optional vertical 4 – position turret has a repeated positioning accuracy of up to 0.008mm, and the high – precision large – diameter gear plate indexing and positioning design enables it to have little deformation during heavy cutting, helping the lathe achieve IT6 – IT7 level machining accuracy.
